No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final as we create each custom order. We do not offer returns or refunds on any of our products. We recommend that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase. We also encourage you to try on sizing in the studio to ensure you have the correct product size and review the sizing specifics on the website.

Order Deadlines
All merchandise orders must be placed before the specified cutoff dates. These dates are clearly communicated on our product pages and during the checkout process. Orders placed after the cutoff date will not be processed.

Product Quality Assurance
We are committed to ensuring that all our products meet high-quality standards. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
