Wellness by PP is here to guide your business with the creation of our Wellness Program helping businesses and staff stay well, both physically and mentally.
All classes can be run in our Warrandyte studio, at your offices or online.
Meditation
Wellness by PP meditation is designed for those who need to deeply relax and restore both body and mind.
Stress reduction and anxiety are two of the biggest reasons people practice meditation. Meditation is a process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts to a calmer state. The practice of meditation is also beneficial for increasing mood, stress management, self- discipline and healthy sleep patterns.
Duration: 30 minutes
Suitable: for all ages and abilities.
Slow Flow Yoga
Wellness by PP Slow Flow is light and creative. These classes are a gentler and slower paced Vinyasa where postures are held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are slower.
Aimed for a body stretch and to gain strength, Slow Flow Yoga is suitable for beginners, leaving attendees calmer and more focused for the day ahead.
Duration: 45 minutes
Suitable: for beginner and intermediate levels. Modifications can be made accommodating different capabilities and injuries.
Desk Pilates
Ideal for breaking up the day, Wellness by PP desk Pilates involves light stretching to release shoulder tension, as well as small movements to promote blood flow through the body.
During this session we also focus on our breath connecting the mind and body, generating further clarity and focus for the rest of the working day.

Suitable: gentle movement suitable for all ages and abilities.
Mat Pilates
Wellness by PP matwork is a flow movement inclusive of a fusion of traditional and contemporary Pilates. Combining strengthening and flexibility training, this 45-minute class is aimed to help activate core strength, improve posture, circulation and flexibility.
Duration: 45 minutes
Suitable: for beginner and intermediate levels. Modifications can be made accommodating different capabilities and injuries.
